bred in northern ireland in the 1970s, precious platinum has stood tall and stately throughout the decades as an amazing red hybrid tea. she is an upright-growing hybrid tea or shrub rose with outstanding foliage and striking, red blooms that cover the plant from top to bottom, something few roses accomplish. her 5” blooms have 35+ petals, and she does well in beds, borders, or pots. we recommend planting precious platinum en masse as a hedge.
