levante rosa online

levante rosa is a beautiful flower with varying shades of pink leading to a white to green center. expect long stems and an extensive 4 week vase life for this lovely flower. anemones are excellent cut flowers, deer resistant, and a pollinator favorite. each corm can produce up to 10+ flowers. succession planting is recommended to keep them blooming all season long. 

levante rosa is sold in packs of 10 for fall planting. 

planting instructions: 

plant in fall for zones 7–9 and in spring after the last frost for zones 4-6.  growers in zones 4-6 will need to dig and dry corms yearly and replant in the spring. 

1. soak corms in room-temperature water for 4–6 hours before planting.

2. choose a full sun to part shade location and well-drained soil. amend with compost if needed.

3. plant corms 2–3″ deep and space 3–6″ apart. 

4. water after planting and keep the soil moist but not soggy using a low-nitrogen fertilizer when shoots and buds appear.
