red devon is a tall, 18” daffodil with a bright red cup set against cheery yellow petals. this early to mid-spring bloomer does well in zones 3-8 and is deer-resistant.

red devon is sold in packs of 10 for fall planting.

planting instructions: 

1. choose an area with partial to full sun that has good drainage.

2. dig a hole 6-8 inches deep and mix granular fertilizer with soil at the bottom of the hole. daffodil bulbs should be planted 6” below the soil line.

3. place bulbs 2-3 inches apart with points facing upward, and then gently pack the soil over the bulb.

4. water once and then not again till spring.
