this exceptionally fragrant moss rose was introduced in 1856 and features light pink blossoms with lilac shading. general kleber’s 4” blossoms are large and very quartered in form with 100+ petals. he is a once-blooming rose in spring or summer with unique mossed buds. this rose can be trained as a climber or left as a shrub.
